|Rob has over eighteen years of experience in accountancy having worked his way up through a modern apprenticeship before qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant over ten years ago. Since then Rob has also qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Rob specialises in advising owner-manager businesses, dealing with all aspects of day to day advice including accounting requirements, taxation advice, strategic planning and proactive advice on how to grow your business.
Being a chartered tax advisor Rob offers guidance on all forms of taxation, including all aspects of family owned businesses, capital gains tax reduction on property and business disposals, and family trusts and inheritance tax planning.
There is no one size fits all business planning, therefore Rob works with clients to understand their individual needs to help them to develop and restructure their businesses to minimise risk and maximise efficiency.
Rob is married to Sarah (who is Alex’s sister, that’s the connection) and they have two beautiful children, Georgia and Benjamin.
|Alex was trained, qualified and gained almost all of his experience in a ‘Big 4’ firm.
He holds an audit specialism but is also gifted in a big picture mentality, mainly due to his previous experience. This ensures that throughout his professional time spent with you he will be thinking about adding value to your business and possible strategic actions rather than just being your “accountant”.
People are what Alex is really interested in, he’s a big personal relationship advocate and really enjoys getting to know an individual and their personal goals as well as their business needs as a whole.
Alex lives with his fiancée Heather and their two insane cats Monkey and Hades (yes, he named his cat after the Greek god of the underworld).
